Exchanges

Exchanges for store credit may be made on items that do not fit properly. Please contact Haute as Ice with an exchange request within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges will be for *store credit only* used within 14 days as arranged with HAI. Customer must specify what they will be exchanging item for at this time.

Items cannot be exchanged if they have been washed, worn or tainted in any capacity. 

Item must be shipped back to Haute as Ice before new items can be shipped out. Shipping will be paid at the expense of the customer.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are any items that are not original price items. Items that are Sold Out fall into this category as well. We do not offer exchanges on these items.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged we will be happy to replace it, or in some cases may offer partial credit for the item.

Please contact us and tell us the nature of the defect/damage ASAP. We REQUIRE a photo of merchandise. Please Hand Wash boutique items for best care.
